Our dough, lovingly referred to as Ardo, is the heart of our pizzas—proven for 48 hours to develop a deep, rich flavour that sets our pizzas apart. We use only the finest Italian ingredients, complemented by locally sourced produce and British flours, including selections from Shipton Mill and Yorkshire Organic Millers.
